A new record has been broken for the highest sale at the Waldorf Astoria. The 42nd-floor penthouse, Penthouse 4206, at the Waldorf Astoria closed March 13 at $10.1 million, marking the highest sale in the building’s history. Frank Napoli of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties was the listing agent for the unit and currently holds the top four sales in the Waldorf Astoria’s history. Traci Rivera of Redfin represented the buyer in the deal.
