Board Resources Tools for Your Talent

Most condo association and HOA board members can use all the help they can get when it comes to understanding the rules, laws, and other factors that guide how they will help govern their community. Senior board members are a terrific source of information, as is a competent, experienced community manager. Your building or association’s support staff also bring a great deal to the table in terms of hands-on knowledge and institutional memory. But there are other resources available to help boards—both new and well-seasoned—help their communities thrive. Below are a few of the resources available to help Las Vegas-area boards and managers do their jobs more efficiently.

Yale Robbins LLC and The Nevada Cooperator

For more than two decades, Yale Robbins Publications LLC has been the premier real estate publisher in New York City and nine states throughout the Northeast. The Nevada Cooperator—the publication you’re reading right now—is the newest addition to The Cooperator family, serving condo association and HOA communities across the country with informative articles on management, finance, maintenance, and an array of other timely topics, as well as industry news, legislative and legal updates, legal advice from real estate attorneys, and resources for boards and residents alike. Nevadacooperator.com is the online home of The Nevada Cooperator newspaper—subscription to both the print edition and the weekly online newsletter is FREE (just click on the ‘subscribe’ button on the homepage!), but the information and insight is priceless.

The Cooperator Expo Las Vegas

In addition to the monthly Nevada Cooperator online and print publications, Yale Robbins Publications LLC is also launching a Nevada edition of its annual Condo association & HOA Expo. Trusted by thousands, the East Coast and Midwest Expos are must-attend events for board members, unit owners, community managers and support staff —and The Cooperator Expo Las Vegas will be no different. Coming to the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas from 10a.m. to 3:30p.m. on Tuesday, March 26, 2019, the Expo offers a unique opportunity to meet a huge array of service professionals and vendors, attend educational seminars, check out product demos, and get answers to any and all of your condo association or HOA-related questions.
